Dr Iain McCormick, Chairman. Independent and Non-Executive Director
Dr Iain McCormick has a PhD in organisational psychology and 30 years experience working in Asia Pacific and Canada. He is a former consulting partner in Deloitte, a co-founder and CEO of Renwick McCormick, and Managing Director of Aon Human Resources Consulting Hong Kong. Iain is currently the Managing Director of the Executive Coaching Centre. Iain holds a Master of Social Science with First Class Honours, Diploma in Clinical Psychology and a PhD in organisational psychology. |

Dr David Evans, Executive Director
David is a Biotech veteran with a 30-year career in North America. During this time has held senior positions with leading Biotech companies including MDS Nordion. David led as President and CEO, a successful IPO of Liponex Inc. David sits on and is past Chairman of the Ottawa Life Sciences Council, is current Chairman of the Ottawa Biotechnology Incubation Centre and is a member of the board of the Ottawa Heart Institute, Canada leading cardiac care and research centre. David is a member of Pioneer Capital's investment advisory board. |

Garth graduated with a Masters of Science in Physics from the University of Waikato with First-Class Honours. |

Dr Dennis Row, Independent and Non-Executive Director
Dennis was Co-founder and CEO of Rebis Inc. In 1998 Dennis joined Cyra Technologies, Inc. Dennis received a BE and ME (distinction) from the University of Canterbury in civil engineering and a PhD from the University of California, Berkeley in 1978. Dennis is General Partner at Endeavour Capital, a New Zealand venture capital company. |
