Nexus6 Limited is a privately owned developer and manufacturer of solutions to monitor and increase patient adherence to prescribed therapies, leading to improved disease management and reduced healthcare costs.

Nexus6 OEM solutions provide speed to market and reduced development costs and risk for medical device and drug delivery companies wanting to add remote patient monitoring to their products.

Nexus6's proprietary SmartinhalerLive^TM platform uses wireless communications technology to provide real time data collection and reporting from drug delivery devices including asthma and COPD inhalation devices.

Nexus6 Smartinhaler^TM devices monitor and report patients' medication usage to their healthcare partners, and are used in pharmaceutical clinical trials and disease management applications for COPD, asthma and other respiratory diseases.

	Dr David Evans, Chief Executive Officer _____________________________________________ David is a Biotech veteran with a 30-year career in North America. During this time has held senior positions with leading Biotech companies including MDS Nordion. David led as President and CEO, a successful IPO of Liponex Inc. David sits on and is past Chairman of the Ottawa Life Sciences Council, is current Chairman of the Ottawa Biotechnology Incubation Centre and is a member of the board of the Ottawa Heart Institute, Canadas leading cardiac care and research centre. David is a member of Pioneer Capital's investment advisory board.
	Dr Dennis Row, Independent and Non-Executive Director ___________________________________________________________________ Dennis was Co-founder and CEO of Rebis Inc. In 1998 Dennis joined Cyra Technologies, Inc. Dennis received a BE and ME (distinction) from the University of Canterbury in civil engineering and a PhD from the University of California, Berkeley in 1978. Dennis is General Partner at Endeavour Capital, a New Zealand venture capital company.
	Dr Iain McCormick, Independent and Non-Executive Director _______________________________________________________________________ Dr Iain McCormick has a PhD in organisational psychology and 30 years experience working in Asia Pacific and Canada. He is a former consulting partner in Deloitte, a co-founder and CEO of Renwick McCormick, and Managing Director of Aon Human Resources Consulting Hong Kong. Iain is currently the Managing Director of the Executive Coaching Centre. Iain holds a Master of Social Science with First Class Honours, Diploma in Clinical Psychology and a PhD in organisational psychology.
	Garth Sutherland, Chief Operating Officer and Director of Research ______________________________________________________________________________ Garth has spent the last 20 years working for some of the world's top high technology companies in Europe, North America and Australasia including Microsoft Corporation. Garth founded Nexus6 in 2000. Garth graduated with a Masters of Science in Physics from the University of Waikato with First-Class Honours.
